Processing & Shipping

Bundles, Closures, Frontals:

  • Please allow 3-5 BUSINESS days for processing.  Then another 3 BUSINESS days for delivery 
  • Signature required upon receiving your package. 
  • If your shipping address and billing address does not match, your order will be CANCELLED!

 

Hair Products

  • Once your order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for processing before shipment. 
  • Standard Shipping 3-5 business days for delivery.
  • Priority Shipping 2 business days for delivery once shipped.
  • First Class Shipping 3 business days for delivery once shipped. 


Ready to ship units:

  • Once your order is placed, please allow 24 hours for processing.
  •  Units takes up to 10 BUSINESS days before being shipped. (Please Plan Accordingly)
  • Please allow up to 3 business days for delivery after your order has been shipped.
  • Signature required upon receiving your package. 

Preorder Units:

  • Wig Authorization form must be filled out within 72 hours of placing your order. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your order. 
  • Preorder units takes 14 BUSINESS days before being shipped. (Please Plan Accordingly)
  • Processing takes 3 business days before order is fulfilled to prepare for shipment/pickup. (For example. If you order on a Saturday, processing will begin on Monday, the next following business day up to 3 days.)
  • Please allow up to 3 BUSINESS days for delivery after order is shipped.
  • Signature required upon receiving your package. 

 

Custom Dream Orders:

  • Wig Authorization form must be filled out within 72 hours of placing your order. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your order. 
  • Once orders are placed for custom dream units with hair included, please allow 24 hours for processing.
  • Once your order is processed and your measurements are submitted, your unit will then start construction.
  • Due to units being made to order and are custom made, construction usually  takes 5-12 Business days before being shipped, so please plan accordingly.
  • After construction, your unit will the be shipped and take up to 3 days for delivery (Signature Required.)

 

SEZZLE PAYMENTS

All Sezzle payments processes within 3 BUSINESS DAYS! Until then, service won't be rendered or be available until that timeframe has passed.

Once processed, the order will then be fulfilled and prepared for shipment. 

 

We are not responsible:

  • Late shipments due to weather, holidays or carrier delays. Please ensure your address is CORRECT.
  • We are NOT responsible for failed, incorrect shipping addresses or packages not received on behalf of the customer. 
  • Lost/ Stolen packages. However, we will help assist you in solving the issue and finding your package with USPS.
