Each bundle has been cared for by one of our natural hair specialists to ensure its quality before being sent to you. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We will accept returns on UNOPENED hair (Bundles, Closures, Frontals) within SEVEN (7) days of receiving your order. Seals MUST be in tact and must be in its original packaging. Federal law states that you cannot return human hair products that has been used or altered in any way concerning hygiene, federal law and health regulation, we must adhere to these strict policies in order to ensure compliance.
CANCELLATION
Hair Products - You have up until 24 hours from the date of purchase to cancel your order. These items are readily available to ship so processing time and shipment is fast.
Wig Orders- Processing Time for units take up to 3 business days. You have 72 hours to request cancellation after your order has been placed. After the 72 hour mark, order can can not be cancelled and will be fulfilled. Unit will also not be available to be returned due to the nature of the business so it’s best to be 100% sure prior to ordering.
Digital Products - All digital product sales are FINAL. These are fulfilled as soon as the order is placed and sent to your email.
CUSTOM UNITS, CUSTOM COLORING, PREMADE UNITS, READY TO SHIP UNITS, RUSH FEE, HAIR PRODUCTS, MAINTENANCE FEE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED! ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Lace pieces are very delicate and fragile. Please ensure that you handle with extreme care. We are NOT responsible if you tear, rip or bald your lace due to pulling, tugging or combing the lace piece.
After you have received your order, it is your responsibility to care for your hair/wig as if it your hair to maintain its quality and longevity.
